Fence Painting Work Procedure
1. Surface Preparation (Keren)
As you can see in the photo, the rust was quite severe. This time, it was decided to manage it with painting, so we will remove the rust through keren.
2. Primer (Rust Preventive)
We will thoroughly apply the rust preventive in the primer. The rust preventive used is Nippon Paint’s one-component Hypone Fine Deco. It is one of the rust preventives we often use.
3. Intermediate Coating (Nippon Paint/Fine Silicon)
This time, we used Nippon Paint’s two-component Fine Silicon. The durability is about 10 to 12 years. Additionally, it has a very high weather resistance!
4. Topcoat (Nippon Paint / Fine Silicon)
This is the final finish!
That concludes our work.
