We will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and poly masks. This is a very important task in the painting process! If the curing is neglected, gaps may form, allowing paint to seep in, or clean lines may not be achieved.

3. Primer Coat

This is an important step to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness! This time, since it will be a clear coat, unlike regular exterior wall painting, we will only apply the finishing paint twice, so there is no primer coat step.

4. Top Coat

This is the finishing touch for exterior wall painting. We pay close attention to ensure there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish! The paint used is Kikusui Chemical/SP Power Fluorine Clear!
SP Power Fluorine Clear is a clear paint compatible with photocatalytic siding (difficult-to-attach siding). It has an extremely long durability!
