This time, as the office staff and public relations team, we visited one of the construction sites where Kakeru Koumuten is working, and we would like to introduce a bit about our site staff!

Roofing Work
First, let’s take a look at the roofing team at work!
Here, they are sealing the ridge cap.
The always cheerful Rikito-kun is showing a great smile even from the side! Haha!
Rikito-kun is the most experienced among the roofers and a veteran craftsman!
This is Inudo-kun working on the eaves processing!
When I asked, “What are you doing right now?”
He replied, “I’m making a box for the eaves! To put it simply, I’m processing the most visible part at the end to make it look nice!”
Also, when I asked, “Is this work done on every house?”
He answered, “This is done when it’s a gable roof type!”
Since it’s a bit hard to convey in the photo, let me explain briefly,
A gable roof is the most familiar and common shape of a roof, sloping downwards from the peak on two sides, resembling the shape of a letter “A”!

This is another photo from the same site where Mr. Indo was working, showing him working on the lower roof!
We also captured a video of Mr. Kato cutting the roofing material and nailing it down! It was my first time seeing this work up close, and it was impressive how perfectly the cut roofing material fit in place on the first try!!
When we went to take these photos, it was a relatively cloudy day in summer, but even so, once I climbed onto the roof, I started sweating right away, which made me realize once again how hot and challenging it is to work up there..

Painting Work Status
Next, I’d like to share a bit about the painting team working on the exterior wall painting!

Mr. Daiki has visited the site several times, and I’ve been able to capture him at work; he always teaches me various things, which is really helpful! Thank you!

Mr. Kaito is a veteran painter with a long history in painting!

Scaffolding Work Status
This photo was taken when we were allowed to capture the scaffolding team’s site!
It was my first time actually visiting the scaffolding site and seeing it up close, and I was impressed by how quickly they coordinated to carry, connect, and assemble the heavy scaffolding materials!!

Our company is divided into
roof team, painting team, scaffolding team and we are working hard at each site every day!!
What was common across all the sites I visited is that most of the work is not done alone, so there is a strong collaboration among team members, and I felt that teamwork is very important.
I haven’t often taken or posted pictures of the staff at work, so I wanted to share this time!
