Roof Overlay Construction Procedure
1. Existing Roof Ridge Cap
2. Roofing Installation (Waterproof Sheet)
It is made of modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
If the roofing is solid, it will prevent leaks as it serves the role of primary waterproofing!
3.Accessory Processing (Karakusa & Keraba)
Since the area around the skylight is prone to leaks, we will raise the roofing and apply waterproof tape before proceeding with the metalwork!
The accessories used are genuine Galtect accessories made of SGL copper plate!
4.Main Construction (Aiji Industrial/Super Galtect)
Once the installation reaches the ridge, we will set up a nailing board, which is necessary for securing the ridge metal. There are types of nailing boards made of cedar and resin, and this time we used cedar!
5.Ridge Metal Processing & Sealing at Various Locations
The nails and screws used for fixing are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust!

About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industrial.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
Our company also provides a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is tightly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal sheet that integrates steel and insulation.
During installation, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a highly heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and a warm winter.
It also has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Moreover, it is lightweight compared to other roofing materials, which minimizes the sway during earthquakes, providing earthquake resistance.
