Roof Overlay Construction Procedure
1. Disassembly of Existing Roof Ridge Flashing
2. Installation of Roofing (Waterproof Sheet)
It is made of modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
With a solid roofing layer serving as the primary waterproofing, there will be no leaks!
We will ensure it is firmly attached to prevent it from blowing away.
3. Fabrication of Components (Karakusa, Keraba, Valley)
The components used are genuine Galtect components made of SGL copper plate!
4. Main Construction (Aiji Industry/Super Galtect)
Once the roofing is completed up to the ridge, we will install the necessary materials to secure the ridge board, known as the kanban. There are types of kanban made of cedar and resin, and this time we used resin! The resin type is expected to have three times the durability compared to the cedar type!
5. Ridge Cap Fabrication & Sealing at Various Locations
We use stainless steel nails and screws that are resistant to rust!

It is made of a delayed adhesion modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.

Ai-Gi Industry/Super Galtect
The roofing material used is Ai-Gi Industry’s Super Galtect.
Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
We also provide a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel, it is also resistant to rust.
Insulation material is thoroughly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal sheet that integrates steel and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a highly heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and warm winter.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Being lighter than other roofing materials, it reduces the sway during earthquakes, providing earthquake resistance.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and our construction records show that Ai-Gi Industry’s Super Galtect is the most frequently used, gaining significant attention!
