Exterior Wall Painting Procedure
1. High-Pressure Washing
We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing.
2. Masking
We use masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks to protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors.
This is a very important task in the painting process! If masking is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.
3. Primer Coat
This time, we used Nippon Paint’s Perfect Surf.
Applying a solid primer coat makes a significant difference in durability and finish.
4. Intermediate Coat
We used Nippon Paint’s Perfect Top for the paint.
The manufacturer’s expected durability is said to be around 12 to 15 years.
The durability may vary depending on the region and sunlight exposure.
5. Top Coating
This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting.
6. Accessory Part Painting (Rain Gutter, Shutters, Eaves)
We will also paint the finer details.

7. Cleaning
We make sure to clean around the house and the balcony during the scaffold dismantling, leaving everything cleaner than before the work started!
