Construction Steps
1. Temporary scaffolding installation
We will set up scaffolding suitable for the work.
2. Existing rain gutter dismantling
We carefully dismantle it to avoid damaging the fascia.
3. Installation of Support Brackets
This is a very important task as it involves setting the slope with the brackets.
4. Installation of New Eaves Gutter
We apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent leaks.
5. Installation of Water Collector
We direct rainwater from the eaves gutter to the vertical gutter.
We pay attention to the position to avoid any load on it.
6. Installation of Vertical Gutter
Similar to the eaves gutter, we apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent disconnection.
7. Completion (Water Flow Test)
We run water to check for any leaks.
This is an important task as issues may be found during the final inspection.
For the rain gutter, we used Panasonic PC50.
Unlike Denka and Eslon rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing strength.
Basically, we recommend Panasonic PC50!
You can choose from six colors: Milk White, Pearl Gray, Shincha, Black, Modern Beige, and Oak Brown.
The rain gutter replacement work in Shincha turned out very well!
