Fence Replacement Construction Steps

1. Dismantling and Removal of Existing Fence

First, we will dismantle and remove the existing fence!

Since it can be reused, we will leave the existing blocks intact.

2. Core Drilling Work

To install the new fence posts, we will use a specialized machine to perform core drilling on the existing blocks.

By performing core drilling, we can reduce costs associated with re-stacking blocks or creating foundations.

What is Core Drilling?

Core drilling is the process of using a specialized machine to create circular holes in concrete walls or floors.

It is mainly done to pass through air conditioning pipes, water supply and drainage pipes, ventilation ducts, and electrical wiring.

It is important to perform the work at the appropriate position and size while confirming the building’s structure and the location of rebar.

3. Installation of New Posts

Next, we will install the new posts. We will secure the posts with mortar at the drilled locations.

It is important to ensure that the posts are fixed vertically and horizontally. If the posts are misaligned, the fence itself may not be able to be installed properly, or it may look unsightly.

4. Installation of New Fence

Once the posts are installed, we will finally attach the fence itself.
Since the sizes vary by installation location, we will modify the fence as needed.
