Nursing care renovation subsidy
I would like to talk about subsidies for nursing care renovations that can be used by people in any region if the conditions are met, and about the tax reduction system that can be received by people living in Kanagawa Prefecture who have carried out barrier-free renovation work. Masu.
Japan is experiencing a declining birthrate and aging population. The Japanese government is promoting home care for those who require physical care and support in their daily lives, as medical costs are increasing due to the large number of elderly people and many people wish to receive treatment at home. For those who renovate their homes for nursing care purposes, we provide subsidies for renovation costs using public long-term care insurance.
We will also introduce the target construction work and how to apply, so if you are considering nursing care renovation or are planning to do it someday, please take a look!
Elderly housing renovation cost subsidy system
This is a system that allows you to receive subsidies for nursing care renovation using nursing care insurance.
This system emphasizes home care, and from the perspective of supporting the independence of elderly people, benefits are provided for home renovations such as eliminating steps and installing handrails that are necessary when introducing welfare equipment.

3)Changing the material of floors or walkway surfaces to prevent slipping and facilitate movement, etc.
4)Replacing doors with sliding doors, etc.
5)Replacing the toilet with a Western-style toilet, etc.
6)Other home renovations that are necessary in conjunction with the housing renovations listed in the previous items.
Payment limit standard amount
200,000 yen for life (fixed amount regardless of whether nursing care is required or required)
・Insurance benefits are basically 90% (up to 180,000 yen), 80% (up to 160,000 yen) and 70% (up to 140,000 yen) depending on income
・It is possible to apply multiple times as long as the amount is within the limit.
・When the level of need for nursing care increases (increases by three levels), or when a person moves, the standard payment limit will be set again to 200,000 yen.
