Roof Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Existing Roof Material Demolition
2. New Sheathing Installation
3. Roofing Installation (Waterproof Sheet)
It is made of a delayed adhesive modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
With the role of primary waterproofing, if the roofing is solid, there will be no leaks!
We will ensure it is securely attached so it won’t blow away!
4. Custom Fabrication (Curlicue & Eaves)
Before the main roofing work, we will process and install components such as eaves and decorative brackets!

5. Main Construction (Aijii Industry/Super Galtect)
After processing the components, we will install the Galtect main roofing up to the ridge!
Once the roofing is completed up to the ridge, we will install necessary materials called “nail boards” to secure the ridge flashing. There are two types of nail boards: cedar and resin, and this time we used resin!
Resin products can be expected to have twice the durability compared to cedar!

6. Ridge Flashing Processing and Sealing at Various Locations
We will process and install the ridge metal for

At the wall edge, we will process and install a component called rain guard metal.
We will use stainless steel nails and screws that are resistant to rust!

About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industrial.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
Our company also provides a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel plate, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is tightly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal plate that integrates the steel plate and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a highly heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and a warm winter.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Furthermore, it is lightweight compared to other roofing materials, which minimizes shaking during earthquakes, making it a good earthquake countermeasure.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and the Super Galtect from Aijii Industrial is the most frequently used in our construction achievements, attracting significant attention!
