First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing! Unlike regular high-pressure washing that uses water pressure to remove dirt, bio cleaning involves mixing chemicals to clean bacteria, mold, and plants from the roots!

2. Protection of Areas

Next, we protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting process! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.

3. Primer Application

This is the first step of applying paint after high-pressure washing and substrate treatment. It is a primer that ensures the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface. By applying the primer thoroughly, there is a significant difference in durability and finish! The primer we use also has substrate adjustment functions, which can seal fine cracks!

4. Middle Coat
