Rain Gutter Replacement Work Procedure
1. Temporary Scaffolding Installation
We will assemble scaffolding suitable for the work.
2. Existing Rain Gutter Dismantling
We will carefully dismantle it to avoid damaging the fascia.
3. Bracket Installation
This is a very important task to ensure the correct slope with the brackets.
4. New Eaves Gutter Installation
We will apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent leaks.
5. Installation of Water Collector
Rainwater flows from the eaves gutter to the vertical gutter.
Care should be taken with the positioning to avoid any load.
6. Installation of Vertical Gutter
Just like the eaves gutter, apply the rain gutter adhesive firmly to prevent it from coming off.
7. Completion (Water Flow Test)
We check for leaks by running water.
It is an important task as defects may be found during the final inspection.
Panasonic PC50
For the rain gutter, we used Panasonic PC50.
Unlike Denka and Esron rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing strength.
Basically, we recommend Panasonic PC50!
You can choose from six colors: Milk White, Pearl Gray, Shincha, Black, Modern Beige, and Oak Brown.
The rain gutter replacement work was completed very well with Shincha!
