Exterior Wall Painting Work Procedure
1. High-pressure Washing
We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing.
2. Protection of Various Parts
We protect areas that should not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks.
This is an important task.
3. Surface Preparation and Crack Repair
We repair any cracks.
4. Primer Application
This time, we used SK Kaken’s SG Soft Surf.
Applying a solid primer makes a difference in durability and finish.
5. Intermediate Coating
For the paint, we used SK Kaken’s Cerami Silicon.
The durability is said to be about 10 to 12 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.
6. Top Coat
This is the finishing touch for exterior wall painting.
7. Accessory Painting (Fascia & Rain Gutter)
We ensure that everything that can be painted is thoroughly coated.

Rain Gutter (Nippon Paint/Fine Urethane)
8. Cleaning
That concludes the process.
