Rain Gutter Replacement Work Procedure
1. Temporary Scaffolding Installation
We will set up scaffolding suitable for the work.
2. Existing Rain Gutter Dismantling
We will carefully dismantle it to avoid damaging the fascia board.
3. Bracket Installation
This is a very important task to ensure the proper slope with the brackets.
4. New Eaves Gutter Installation
We will apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent leaks.
5. Collector Installation
We will channel rainwater from the eaves gutter to the vertical gutter.
We will pay attention to the position to avoid putting stress on it.
6. Vertical Gutter Installation
Just like the eaves gutter, we will apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent it from coming loose.
7. Completion (Water Test)

For the rain gutters, we used the Panasonic PC50.
Unlike Denka and Eslon rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing greater strength.
Basically, we recommend the Panasonic PC50!
You can choose from six colors: Milk White, Pearl Gray, Shincha, Black, Modern Beige, and Oak Brown.
The rain gutter replacement work with Shincha turned out very well!
