Steel Staircase Painting Work Procedure

1. High Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the roof using high pressure washing!

2. Surface Preparation

After the high pressure washing is complete, we will perform surface preparation using scrapers and other tools while checking the condition of the deterioration in the painting area. We will also remove rust!

3. Protection of Surrounding Areas

Next, we will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting work! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or preventing clean lines from being achieved.

4. Primer Application

This is the first step of applying paint after completing high-pressure washing and surface preparation. It is a primer that ensures that the middle and top coats adhere firmly to the painted surface. The primer used is a rust-inhibiting paint that helps prevent rust formation!

5. Middle Coat

Next, we will perform the middle coat application! This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness in the coating!

6. Top Coat

Next is the top coat. This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting. We will be mindful to ensure there are no uneven areas or missed spots, achieving a beautiful finish!

Joint Replacement Work Procedure

1. Masking Tape Application

Check the position to apply the

tape and carefully stick it on, ensuring it does not dig into the surface.

2. Application of Primer

Apply the

primer with a brush or similar tool, ensuring there are no missed spots.

3. Filling with Sealant

Place the nozzle of the caulking gun against the joint base and fill it sufficiently. [/chat]
