The SK Kaken / Water-based Miracle Sealer Eco used is a one-component water-based multifunctional primer that can be used as a base coat for various water-based finishing materials, regardless of whether they are elastic or rigid types.
Using filler types for the base coat is a no-go as it can cause bubbling. To ensure breathability, using glossy paint is also not recommended.
