5. Caulking Treatment (Modified Silicone)

Degradation or damage to the eaves can lead to rainwater intrusion into the building’s interior, so if deterioration has progressed, it is recommended to renovate with metal work instead of painting.

Rain Gutter Replacement Construction Steps

1. Existing Rain Gutter Dismantling
Carefully dismantle to avoid damaging the fascia.

2. Bracket Installation
This is a very important task as it sets the slope with the brackets.

3. New Eaves Gutter Installation
Apply gutter adhesive firmly to prevent leaks.

4. Water Collector Installation
Direct rainwater from the eaves gutter to the vertical gutter.
Be careful about the position to avoid putting stress on it.

5. Vertical Gutter Installation
Just like the eaves gutter, apply gutter adhesive firmly to prevent it from coming loose.

7. Completion (Water Test)
We will flow water to check for any leaks.
It is an important task as deficiencies may be found during the final inspection.

Materials Used

For the rain gutters, we used Panasonic’s Iron Maru 105.
Unlike Denka and Eslon rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing strength.
Basically, our company recommends Panasonic!
You can choose from colors such as Milk White, Pearl Gray, Mouse, Red, Shincha, and Black.

The installation of the Shincha color for both the Kiriyoke and rain gutters was completed very well with the overlapping work and rain gutter replacement!
