This time, we received an inquiry from a management company in Takatsu-ku!
Due to damage to the rain gutters, we were contacted for a partial replacement.
The existing rain gutter is Esron/E100, which has already been discontinued, so we proposed a full replacement of the eaves gutter (horizontal gutter) instead of a partial replacement.
Since the damage to the rain gutters caused by wind disaster was recognized by the fire insurance company, the entire cost of the work was covered by fire insurance!

Rain Gutter Replacement Work Procedure
1. Dismantling Existing Eaves Gutter
2. Installing New Eaves Brackets
Be aware that due to the eaves board (the area where the eaves brackets are attached) and the distortion of the building, even if you create a slope with the brackets, there may be backflow. It is important to check the slope with a level on the eaves board before attaching the brackets!
3. Installing the Eaves Gutter
4. Connecting to the Downspout
5. Water Flow Test and Cleaning
Finally, we will conduct a water flow test and clean up to complete the job!
For the eaves gutter, we used Esron Σ90 White!
It demonstrates sufficient strength against loads from rain, wind, and snow. It can accommodate areas from general regions to heavy snowfall areas!
This time, the replacement work was beautifully finished in White!
