The roofing material used is Ai-Gi Kogyo / Super Galtect. Super Galtect comes with a 15-year paint warranty and a 25-year hole warranty from the manufacturer, along with a 10-year construction warranty from our company! Additionally, it is made of SGL steel, which is resistant to rust.

The insulation material is tightly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal sheet that integrates the steel plate and insulation. During installation, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a highly heat-resistant paint, allowing for a cool summer and a warm winter.

Moreover, it also has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain. Being lighter than other roofing materials, it minimizes the sway during earthquakes, providing earthquake resistance.
