Exterior Wall Cleaning (Exterior Wall Cleaning) Procedure

1. Preparation

If there are plants or vehicles nearby, we will prepare the area before starting the cleaning!

2. Application of Special Detergent

We will apply a special detergent for Jolly Pat using a roller or brush before proceeding with the cleaning!
Dirt that has adhered to Jolly Pat is difficult to remove, so we will apply the special detergent and clean repeatedly until it gradually becomes clean.

3. Exterior Wall Cleaning (Exterior Wall Cleaning)

 

Using a machine to mix the detergent and a special extendable brush, we will spray the exterior wall cleaning detergent from the top down!
The special brush is designed to spray water and detergent from its tip, allowing us to reach even three-story buildings! As shown in the photo above, we will also clean the rain gutters and piping! 

It is difficult to completely remove rain stains from Jolly Pat, and attempting to forcibly remove dirt may cause discoloration or damage to the Jolly Pat, so there may be some remaining rain stains as shown in the photo!

Exterior wall cleaning is done with gentle water pressure instead of high-pressure washing. The brushes used are specialized brushes that clean gently, removing dirt without damaging the exterior walls.
Since we only use electric machines, there is no loud noise or disturbance during the work!

The detergents used are formulated to prevent discoloration of the sashes and exterior walls!
We also differentiate the detergents used depending on the type of dirt, such as rain stains, blackening, and moss!

* Detergents that are strong against moss can harm or kill plants if they splash, so caution is necessary!

Even if we cannot use a detergent strong against moss, cleaning is still possible, so please rest assured!

We will thoroughly remove the blackening and moss from the exterior walls!

4. Water Washing

After completing the detergent cleaning of the entire exterior wall, we will proceed to rinse with water from the top down.
We will rinse carefully to ensure no detergent is left behind!

We will thoroughly rinse away the detergent!

The exterior wall we cleaned this time had some noticeable blackening, but after performing the exterior wall cleaning, the blackening was beautifully removed, giving it a brighter overall impression!
