Roof Rubber Sheet Waterproofing Construction Procedure
1. High-Pressure Washing
If there are any obstacles to the waterproofing work, such as outdoor units, we will move or lift them.

Steel Stair Renovation Work Procedure (Steel Painting Work)
1. High-Pressure Washing
2. Sealing of Long Sheet Edges and Substrate Adjustment
After the high-pressure washing is completed, we will perform sealing work on the edges of the long sheet using Takiron Matex / Takiseal, and while checking the deterioration of the painting area, we will adjust the substrate using tools like scrapers and sanders. We will also remove any rust!
3. Protection of Each Area
Next, we will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting process! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in, or clean lines may not be achieved.
4. Primer (Rust Prevention)
Before applying the primer (rust prevention), we will apply Astec Paint / Rust Treatment.
Rust Treatment prevents the reoccurrence of rust through “encapsulation.” If stubborn rust is present on structures like steel stairs, applying Rust Treatment before the rust prevention can help prevent rust from returning.
After applying Rust Treatment, we will then apply the primer (rust prevention) Lock Paint / Sabi Cut.
5. Intermediate Coating
The paint used is Rock Paint / Hyper Yumelock.
6. Top Coating
In this painting of metal parts, we are applying a total of four coats! The paint used is the same as the middle coating, Rock Paint / Hyper Yumelock.
