7. Intermediate Coating
We used Nippon Paint’s Fine Perfect Best for the paint.
The durability is said to be about 10 to 12 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.
8. Top Coating
This is the finishing touch for the roof painting.
9. Cleaning
This time, we installed a roof scaffold due to the steep roof slope.
During the dismantling of the scaffold, we ensured that even the unpainted areas were thoroughly painted using the jacks of the roof scaffold!
