Ridge Cap Flashing Replacement Procedure
Ridge cap flashing is the metal that covers areas of the roof where roofing materials cannot be laid, such as at the peak of the roof.
It is susceptible to damage from wind disasters and can cause leaks.
1. Existing Ridge Removal
It is recommended to replace the internal wooden batten every 10 to 15 years.
Once the ridge metal is removed, there will be a batten inside.
2. Installation of new batten
3. Sealing the ridge metal joints
4. Installation of new ridge metal
5. Clean up and finish!

Procedure for Gutter Replacement Work
1. Dismantling Existing Gutters
2. Installing New Gutter Brackets
Note that due to the eaves (where the eaves brackets are located) and the distortion of the building, even if you adjust the slope with brackets, there may be backflow. It is important to check the slope with a level against the eaves before attaching the brackets!
3. Installation of the eaves rain gutter
4. Connection to the vertical rain gutter
5. Water flow test, cleaning, and completion!
That concludes the process!
This time, we also received a request for exterior wall painting, so we removed the eaves rain gutter before starting the painting work and installed a new rain gutter after the painting was completed!
For the eaves rain gutter, we used Panasonic/Iron Round 105.
It has strength due to the steel plate inside.
