Exterior Wall Painting Process

1. High-Pressure Washing

We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing.

2. Masking

We protect areas that should not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks.
This is an important task.

3. Surface Preparation and Crack Repair

We repair any cracks.

4. Primer Application

This time, we used SK Kaken’s SD Surf.
Applying a solid primer makes a difference in durability and finish.

5. Intermediate Coating

For the paint, we used SK Kaken’s Cerami Silicon.
The durability is said to be about 10 to 12 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.

6. Top Coating

This concludes the exterior wall painting.

7. Painting of Auxiliary Parts (Fascia and Eaves)

We thoroughly paint everything that can be painted.
Fascia (Nippon Paint / Fine Urethane)
Eaves (Nippon Paint / Ken Ace GⅡ)

8. Cleaning

That’s all.
