Joint Replacement Work Procedure

1. Removal of Existing Sealant

Remove the existing sealing material using a cutter or similar tool.
This is referred to as sealing, caulking, or jointing. It is a crucial area as it can easily lead to water leaks and cause cracking or lifting of the siding. Cracks and peeling are signs of deterioration!

2. Preparation (Masking Tape Application)

Check the position for applying the tape and carefully attach it to avoid any overlap on the surface.

3. Application of Primer

Apply the primer with a brush or similar tool, ensuring there are no missed spots.

4. Filling with Sealing Material

Place the nozzle of the caulking gun at the bottom of the joint and fill it adequately. The caulking material used isSR Seal H100, which is a highly durable sealing material, expected to last for about 30 years!

5. Finishing with a Trowel

Press firmly with a spatula that matches the joint width to finish smoothly.

6. Removal of Masking Tape

Remove the masking tape promptly after finishing.

Exterior Painting Work Procedure

1. High-Pressure Washing

We thoroughly remove dirt and moss with high-pressure washing of the exterior walls!

2. Protection of Various Parts

Using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks, we will protect areas such as windows, sashes, and floors that will not be painted. This is a very important task in the painting work! If the protection is neglected, gaps may form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines. [/chat]

3. Primer

This is the first application of paint after high-pressure washing and substrate treatment, and it is the paint that ensures that the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface. By applying the primer thoroughly, there will be a significant difference in durability and finish! The primer we use also has substrate adjustment functions, which can seal fine cracks! The primer used is from SK Kaken / Elastic Premium Filler.

4. Middle Coat

This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness!

5. Top Coat
