Our company specializes in exterior renovations (roofing, exterior walls, landscaping, rain gutters, etc.).

Job Openings	Roofing Staff, Painting Staff, Sales and Construction Management Staff
Employment Type	Full-time (Probation period: 6 months, salary increase based on ability) Contract work (piecework system)
Salary	Full-time monthly salary: 320,000 yen or more (estimated total including overtime) Salary increase to 350,000 yen after six months! If you learn the job, you will receive additional commissions on top of the base salary!! Contract work: To be discussed.
Experience/Qualifications	No experience necessary (Ordinary driver’s license preferred) Please tell us about your work experience!
Working Hours	8:00 AM – 5:00 PM *1 to 2 hours of overtime expected
Work Location	Meeting place: 1296 Tetsumachi, Aoba-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture (Work sites vary with each request)
Holidays	At least 6 days per month
