Flow from Inquiry to Construction
First, please request a free estimate or contact us. We ask that you reach out via the inquiry form, email, or LINE.
We will come directly for the estimate and inspection. If you have fire insurance, we will check if it is applicable. You are free to decline if we cannot meet your expectations compared to other companies. Please obtain estimates from other companies and compare them!!
If you decide to entrust us after the estimate, we will discuss the construction with you and exchange a contract. We do not generally require advance payment or interim payments for the construction costs.
Before the construction, we will visit your neighbors to greet them.
We will carry out the construction.
After the construction, we will provide you with the invoice, warranty, and construction photos.
Once you complete the payment or transfer, the process will be complete.
