This is a case study of an exterior renovation project in Tama-ku, Kawasaki City.
The work this time involves the removal and reinstallation of solar panels!

For the roofing work, the solar panels will be temporarily removed and reinstalled once the work is completed!

Solar Panel Removal and Reinstallation Procedure

1. Temporary Disassembly of Existing Panels

The solar panels will be carefully removed for reuse and stored at our material yard! The existing slate base rack will be disassembled and disposed of. We will also repair any holes left in the roof after disposal.

2. Installation of Solar Panel Mounting Hardware

After completing the roofing work, we will install the hardware for mounting the solar panels! The hardware used will be from Niigata Manufacturing! Unlike the colonial type, this is a catch-type that can be installed without making holes in the roof, ensuring no leaks!

3. Installation of Solar Panel Main Unit

We are installing the panels we had stored!
We have thoroughly checked the power supply, and the work is complete!
I was relieved to see that the power supply check was done properly (laughs)
