They were very cheerful, polite, and responded thoroughly, making the experience quite pleasant. The estimate was solid, allowing me to trust them completely. Since the work was on the roof, I was anxious about not being able to check it, but they sent me photos later, allowing me to confirm the finished work. They forgot to collect the waste materials that I had placed in a discreet corner of my garden the day before, but when I contacted them, they kindly agreed to come and pick it up. I would like to ask for their services again if the opportunity arises.
