Konan-ku, Y’s residence – Temporary scaffolding work
We have installed temporary scaffolding for the rain gutter replacement and roofing work.
This project utilizes fire insurance.
For the rain gutter, we will be using Panasonic PC50.
Unlike Denka and Eslon rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing greater strength.
Basically, we recommend Panasonic PC50.
The roofing will be a roof overlay (cover method) project.
Due to significant deterioration and existing leaks, we proposed the roof overlay work.
If the durability period of the roofing material has been exceeded, there are cases where the paint film can peel or crack within 5 years after painting.
While it may look beautiful right after application…
In the long run, roof work is best done with either an overlay or a complete replacement!
The roofing material used for Y’s residence will be Ridgeway from Asahi Fiberglass.
It will transition from Colonial to Ridgeway.
Ridgeway is a roofing material that does not require painting, which helps keep maintenance costs low!
We have also included construction photos of Ridgeway in our case studies, so please take a look!
