Roofing Materials Used

The roofing material used is the Stanby 333 from Inagaki Shouji.
The Stanby 333 comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
For roof replacement and overlay, we also provide a 10-year construction warranty!
If there are any leaks within 10 years, we will make repairs at no charge.
It is made of Galvalume steel, which is resistant to rust.
We pursue the basic functions of a roof, such as water drainage and strength, by applying ripples and ribs to the surface of the roofing material, enhancing the strength of the roof surface and preventing the phenomenon of board noise.

Additionally, it features a molded integrated standing seam that does not require hanging pieces or closure, allowing the roof to be constructed from a single long sheet of metal (long metal sheet) from the peak to the eaves. This design eliminates horizontal seams, which can obstruct the flow of rainwater and provide opportunities for water to enter beneath the roofing material, thus minimizing the risk of leaks. It is recommended for homes with a gentle roof slope.
Moreover, it is the lightest among metal roofs, and by reducing the weight of the roof, it is possible to make your home more earthquake-resistant through roof replacement.
You can also choose from colors such as Jet Black, Dark Brown, Sepia, Moss Green, Silver Black, Natural Gray, Midnight Blue, Bamboo Green, and Gray Silver.
